Everything from thesis to term sheet

Six modules, one workspace, built on real UK Companies House data — with a hard line between what is computed and what is merely explained.

Discover

Find companies on the UK register that fit the thesis you actually have.

Company search
Search the UK Companies House register by name or number. Profiles sync on demand, so you're looking at the register rather than a stale copy of it.
Company profile
Officers, persons with significant control, charges, filing history, and a timeline of what changed and when — each with its source and date.
Opportunity Radar
A ranked feed of what moved across the companies you care about: new matches, improving and deteriorating scores, ownership and financing signals.

Match

Turn an acquisition thesis into criteria a machine can check, repeatably.

Buy Box
Define revenue, sector, geography, ownership, age, and other criteria as hard filters, soft preferences, or exclusions. Write it in plain English and have it parsed into structured criteria for you to confirm — you always approve before it takes effect.
Deterministic scoring
A 0–100 fit score computed by a rules engine, never by a model. The same inputs always produce the same score, and the breakdown sums to exactly 100 so every point is accounted for.
Score versioning and history
Change your Buy Box and previous scores aren't silently rewritten — each score records the Buy Box version that produced it, so you can see why a score moved.

Monitor

Notice change on the public record without re-reading it yourself.

Signal engine
New charges, officer appointments and resignations, PSC changes, filings, and financial deterioration are detected, deduplicated, and ranked by severity.
Watchlists
Group companies you're tracking, annotate them, and see signal activity per list rather than as one undifferentiated stream.
What changed
A per-company answer to “what happened since I last looked”, and a plain explanation of why a score moved when it did.

Investigate

Get to a defensible view of a company without a spreadsheet sprawl.

Financial extraction
Revenue, profit, assets, debt and more, extracted from filed iXBRL accounts — with provenance for every figure, reported values kept separate from calculated ones, and missing data marked unknown rather than zero.
Compare
Put candidates side by side on financials, ownership, signals, and — with a Buy Box selected — fit, so the comparison is against your criteria rather than in the abstract.
Diligence workspace
A checklist across eleven categories, with status, notes, and an owner per question. Smart Diligence Priority ranks what to ask first from the company's own failed criteria, signals, and financials.

Decide

Write the case up from your own data, not from a blank page.

Grounded AI research
Assistants and memo drafts are written from facts already in your workspace. AI explains results; it cannot compute a score, an eligibility decision, a financial figure, or a signal's severity — that boundary is enforced in the software, not just in policy.
Investment memo
Generate a structured memo from a company's real data and export it as Markdown. Every figure traces back to something on the record.

Execute

Keep the deal moving in the same place you researched it.

Deal pipeline
Move targets through stages, assign tasks with due dates, and keep an activity log of what happened on a deal and who did it.
Deal Room
Notes and documents attached to a deal, scoped to your organization and enforced at the database level so another tenant structurally cannot read them.
