The quickest answers are the ones you don't have to wait for — most account requests are self-service.

Direct support isn't open yet

AcquireScout is pre-launch and there is no monitored support mailbox yet, so we'd rather say so than publish an address nobody is reading. The account controls below are live and cover the common requests — including data export and deletion — without needing to contact anyone.

Export your data

Settings → Account downloads everything you've created as machine-readable JSON. No request needed, and no waiting.

Delete your account

Settings → Account closes your account and removes organizations where you're the only member. If you're the sole owner of a shared organization, transfer ownership first so your team keeps its workspace.

Security disclosure

If you've found a vulnerability, please report it privately and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly. Don't test against other people's data.
